We love our customers. Building a company from the bottom up means that we get to do business OUR WAY. For us, our friends and family became our first customers. Each new customer who joins Presto is a friend who relies on us to solve a pest problem for them. Our promise is to answer your phone call, come quickly, be affordable and be reliable. Where top-notch customer service meets the most thorough technical service in the valley, you'll find the magic of Presto!
Your pest problem is going to be different than your neighbor's pest problem, so it can be hard to generalize a price on a treatment plan that is specific to your home and issues. At Presto, we account for variables like type of pests and severity, square footage of your lot and home, and additional service areas (like detached garages, sheds or shops) to get you a tailored plan that fits your situation and budget. And as a locally owned company, we don't have the same overhead expenses as many of our big chain competitors. This gives us the ability to set sustainable pricing.

No contracts, just really awesome service.
Yep! We are headquartered in Meridian, servicing the Treasure Valley. We take pride in living and working in southwestern Idaho and don't plan on going anywhere any time soon. "Proudly local, Veteran owned"
We treat for almost all common pests in the Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Eagle, Nampa area. Namely: Ants (including carpenter ants), Spiders, Wasps, Mice, Earwigs, Stinkbugs, Fleas and others.
When you sign up for a seasonal service plan, your general pests are all covered. For example, you won't pay extra for us to get rid of your spiders AND your house ants. We do offer additional services that are outside the scope of our regular seasonal treatment. Service for interior fleas, carpenter ants, rats, voles, or cockroaches are offered but not covered by your seasonal service plan.
Different seasons bring different pests. Some people swear that ants arrive when it's hot, others say they show up when it rains. Spiders, ants, and wasps are more common in the summer. Mice, fleas, and odorous house ants are more common in the winter.
The products we use are the best on the market, but there is no "one" solution that gets rid of all pests with one treatment. And it's normal to see a slight uptick in pest activity after your first service because the pests are fleeing your home! If your pests come back after a few weeks, or show up unexpectedly between regular services, just call us back for a service request at no additional cost.
It’s pretty simple, we service your home every 3 months to protect you from spiders, ants, wasps, earwigs, mice and more. Plans start at $36/ month (plus the initial service). At the initial service we thoroughly treat the interior and exterior; the remaining quarterly services are typically exterior, targeting seasonal pests before they become an issue. Throughout the year, if you need a reservice or another interior treatment, just call…they’re included.
At each regular service we will:
1. Sweep around your doors, windows, eaves, and home foundation for spider webs and wasp nests; that eliminates harborage and food sources for many pests.
2. Apply liquid product to your foundation, accessible eaves, around doors and windows, and anywhere bugs tend to congregate, feed, or enter your home.
3. Granulate in the yard 10-15 feet from your house foundation to put another barrier between you and unwanted creepy crawlies (it also helps protect your lawn and pets from harmful bugs).
4. Inspect for rodent activity and/ or monitor rodent bait stations.
*If you ever need an interior treatment, call the office to setup a time for us to be there when you're home, at no additional cost.
An initial service is a full exterior service, described above, plus an interior service. Inside the home we use a hand-pump can to apply a light mist to your exposed baseboards, windowsills, exterior door thresholds, under the kitchen cabinets, all the places where bugs get into the house or move around. We also treat the upper corners of rooms for spiders. Inside garages can also get buggy, we'll sweep and treat there too. Throughout the year, if you need us to treat inside again, no problem, just schedule a free reservice.
You can, it's your service. Just let us know before we come out and we can pause, reschedule, skip or cancel your service anytime. We really should make this whole thing harder.
We are happy to provide you with multiple service options. We have found (and our customers agree) that to get the most from a pest control service we need to break the pest “breeding and hatching cycle,” and that doesn’t happen in just one treatment. A one-time service can be beneficial in specific circumstances, and we’d love to be your go-to company. Most of our one-time services range from $165 to $450. We offer a $50 reservice within 45 day as a warranty on one-time services.
Yep! We go through great lengths to keep your pets and family safe. We only use EPA approved products and our technicians are trained to follow all label application guidelines. Our technicians will let you know what you need to do to stay safe 100% of the time.
Nope. We use products selected because they are both safe and effective. Most people won't even be able to tell we've been at their house, except all the spider webs are missing from around their light fixtures! Any interior products we use should be allowed to dry before touching them (usually along the baseboards or windowsills).
Yes. After each service, you'll get emailed a detailed job report with notes on specific treatment areas, products used and in what amounts. We'll also let you know if any out of the ordinary pest activity was noticed.
Yes. All of our technicians are licensed and have gone through hours of training and certification to qualify to work for Presto.
We have families too and so we know how important your family is. We promise to never use a product we wouldn't use around our homes.
